Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?
Yes, we use a completely secure merchant account system.
When does my credit card get charged?
Your credit card will get charged 24-72 hours after you place your order. We have
a "Pre-pay" policy to protect ourselves from fraudulent orders.
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges range between $200 and $300, depending on size. Shipping charges are displayed as part of the ordering porcess. You also have the option to pick up your order in Dallas, TX. The gun cabinets are large pieces and come fully assembled or only require light assembly.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Items ship from the manufacturer usually in 21 business days. All cabinets are
custom built; we will provide an estimated ship date when you place your order,
which is subject to change on occasion.
Can I place orders by phone?
Yes, please call us at 972-248-7605 to place an order. Please note that placing
your order online is faster, safer and more efficient. It will ensure that your
shipping address, billing address and item(s) ordered are correct.
Will my item look exactly like the picture?
Custom Gun Cabinets makes every effort to provide high quality images, and measurements
to assist you in selecting your custom piece. Keep in mind that all products are
individually handcrafted, therefore, can vary in color. Sometimes measurements
are rounded off, and occasionally they will vary slightly from the description.
If precise dimensions or colors are critical to your order we suggest contacting
us by phone or e-mail in order to further assist you. Please note: We are not
responsible for color variations or measurements that are slightly off (three
inches or less). All Returns will be subject to our return policies & fees.
Will the furniture require assembly?
Most products are shipped fully assembled. Some gun cabinets, depending on size,
may require light assembly.
